Which browsers are recommended when applying for a role?

We recommended using a recent version of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.
Please do not use Internet Explorer.

I am having difficulties submitting my application. Who can I contact?

If you are unable to submit your application due to a technical error please email gfsl_jointheteam@govfsl.com and the position you were applying for. We will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours.

Do I need to make an account to apply for a role?

You can get started straight away with only your email address.

How do I filter my job search?

Under the search bar there are various filters that you can use to filter your job search, e.g. by job function.

How do I apply for a role?

Click on ‘Apply Now’ and type in your email address. Then complete the necessary information needed for the application.

What is an E-signature?

An E-signature is your full name. It must be the same as the name that you provided at the beginning of your application.

What is a verification code?

A verification code is a 6-digit code that is used to confirm your identity. You will receive your code via email.  Each time you are asked to confirm your identity you will be sent a new verification code.

How can I check on the status of my application?

Click on the person icon in the top right-hand side of the screen. Type in your email address and confirm your identity using the 6-digit code that was emailed to you. Scroll down to Active Job Applications and next to Status you can view the status of your application.

How can I get in contact?

Please do not reply to the emails from Oracle as that email address is not monitored.
Please email gfsl_jointheteam@govfsl.com If you wish to check the status of your application, click on the person icon and under Active Job Applications you can view the status.

How can I add roles to my favourites?

Click on the pin icon next to a role. Once you have marked a role as a favourite, a pin icon will appear in the top right-hand side of screen. Here you can view the roles that were added to your favourites.

How do I apply if I am already an employee of GFSL?

Click on the ‘I am an employee’ link in the footer at the base of this page to take you to the internal career site. Alternatively, log into Oracle and under Me click on ‘Vacancies’.

What is the Talent Community?

If you can’t find the role you are looking for you can sign up to the Talent Community to receive email alerts about new roles that may be of interest to you.

How do I join the Talent Community?

Click on ‘Join our Talent Community’, type in your email address and click on subscribe. Next you have the option to fill in your preferred roles and locations. You also have the option to fill in your details, such as work and education history, which will be pulled through to any new applications you create.

How do I leave the Talent Community?

Click on the person icon in the top right-hand side of the screen and scroll down to Talent Community. Click on the pencil icon and untick the box next to I agree to receive updates about new job opportunities. You can rejoin the Talent Community by reticking this box.

How I stop receiving marketing communications?

Click on the person icon and untick the box next to I agree to receive marketing communications.

How do I withdraw my application?

Click on the person icon in the top right-hand side of the screen. Under Active Job Applications click on the status of the application and select ‘Withdraw Application’.

How do I delete my profile?

Click on the person icon in the top right-hand side of the screen, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Delete My Profile’.
